The XLR Power Converter by Antlion Audio is used to connect a ModMic with a mixer, audio interface, or other 48V, 3-pin XLR power source. The converter drops the operating voltage to a safe level for all 5V, 1/8″ microphones. When paired with a ModMic 5, you can patch the mic into standard XLR connections without the bulk and weight.
